What is the difference between dysarthria and apraxia?

Dysarthria = muscle weakness/control issue (consistent errors). Apraxia = motor planning issue (inconsistent errors). A child with dysarthria has weak speech muscles. A child with apraxia has normal muscles but trouble planning movements.
