These Terms of Service apply to Little Wheels: Talk & Listen, Little Wheels: Create & Play, and Little Wheels: Feel & Connect mobile applications ("the Apps"), educational apps designed for children ages 2 and up.

Age and Parental Consent

  • The Apps are designed for children ages 2 and up

Parental Agreement

By downloading, installing, or allowing your child to use these Apps, you (the parent or legal guardian) agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of your child and yourself.

App Description and Features

Educational Purpose

  • All content is age-appropriate and safe for children

Offline Functionality

  • The Apps work completely offline after download
  • No internet connection required for any features
  • All processing happens locally on your device

No User Accounts

  • No registration or user accounts required
  • No personal information collected from children or parents
  • No login credentials needed

Device Permissions

Microphone Access (Talk & Listen only)

  • Used only for pronunciation practice and speech activities
  • Audio is processed locally and never transmitted
  • No voice recordings are stored permanently or shared
  • Permission can be revoked in device settings at any time

Camera Access (Feel & Connect only)

  • Used only for the optional "Weather Faces" photo activity
  • Photos are processed and stored entirely on your device
  • Permission can be revoked in device settings at any time

Photo Library Access

  • Used only to save your child's artwork and drawings (Create & Play) or a Weather Faces photo (Feel & Connect) to your device
  • App cannot access existing photos
  • Permission can be revoked in device settings at any time

Parental Responsibilities

Supervision

  • Parents should supervise their child's use of the Apps as appropriate
  • Monitor screen time according to your family's guidelines
  • Review and approve device permissions before granting access

Device Management

  • Ensure device security and parental controls are set appropriately
  • Manage app downloads and usage according to your preferences
  • Delete the app if you no longer wish your child to use it

Privacy Settings

  • Review device privacy settings related to microphone and photo access
  • Understand that all app data stays on your device
  • No external accounts or cloud services are used

Acceptable Use

Intended Use

  • The Apps are for personal, non-commercial, educational use only
  • Designed for individual child use with family supervision
